  • About

Sprained ankles, minor cuts and bruises, and fevers are a fact of life. When these and other urgent, non-life threatening conditions occur, you should call your Primary Care Physician’s Office and ask to be seen as soon as possible. But if you have a non-life threatening illness or injury that requires treatment within 24 hours and you can’t get an appointment with your regular physician or an associate, an Urgent Care clinic can be a good option. Note: If you have a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest Emergency Room.

Graybill Urgent Care Escondido is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and weekends from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Our Urgent Care clinics provide medical treatment on a walk-in basis and are typically open evenings and weekends. They are able to address a wide range of illnesses and injuries such as:

    •Sprains and strains
