Chairman Steve Stallings with the Rincon Band of the Luise o Indians \n\n\n\n \n\nSteve Stallings is Chairman of the Rincon Band of Luise o Indians\, a federally recognized sovereign Tribal government in Southern California. Elected Chairman in 2025 after serving ten years on the Tribal Council\, he is dedicated to strengthening Tribal sovereignty\, expanding economic opportunity\, preserving Luise o culture\, and building meaningful partnerships that benefit both Tribal citizens and the broader community.\n\nChairman Stallings brings more than 40 years of experience in Tribal economic development\, finance\, and government relations. His career includes leadership roles as Senior Vice President and Director of Native American Banking Services at Wells Fargo\, where he worked with Tribal governments nationwide\, and as President of the National Center for American Indian Enterprise Development.
