Think Your Potato Salad Is the Best in Town? Put your recipe to the test in the Escondido Chamber Potato Salad Cook-Off! Whether your recipe is a cherished family tradition or a creative new twist on a classic favorite, we invite you to enter the competition and share your culinary talents with the community. Contest participants must register in advance through the event sign-up link. Guests attending the event will have the opportunity to sample the entries and cast their votes for the coveted People's Choice Award. A panel of local elected officials will also participate in judging to select the Elected Officials' Choice Award winner. Escondido Roots Ribbon Cutting & Mural Unveiling
You?re invited to join the Escondido Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the California Center for the Arts, Escondido, for a special ribbon cutting and unveiling of ?Escondido Roots,? a beautiful new large-scale public mural celebrating the history, character, and community of Escondido. Created by local muralists Sasha Primo and Gloria Favela Rocha, this artwork is a wonderful tribute to the city we call home. We invite our Chamber members to join us alongside community leaders and partners as we officially cut the ribbon and celebrate this exciting addition to Escondido!
