Escondido E-Waste Collection Day & Robotics Showcase
Escondido Green Expo The Escondido Chamber of Commerce is proud to present this year?s Escondido Green Expo, a community event focused on sustainability, innovation, and environmental responsibility. Join us on Saturday, April 18th from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Escondido Chamber of Commerce, 720 N. Broadway, for a day dedicated to helping our community reduce waste, explore green solutions, and support the next generation of technology leaders. This year?s event will feature a community E-Waste Collection Drive, making it easy for residents and businesses to responsibly dispose of old electronics. A convenient drive-through drop-off system will allow participants to quickly and safely recycle unwanted electronic items such as computers, monitors, printers, cables, and other electronic equipment. In addition to the e-waste collection, the event will highlight local high school robotics teams, showcasing the creativity, innovation, and technical skills of our students as they demonstrate their robots and share how technology can help build a more sustainable future. The Escondido Green Expo also provides an opportunity for local businesses and organizations to connect with the community. Vendor spaces are available for $250, allowing businesses to showcase environmentally conscious products, services, and solutions while engaging with residents and community members interested in sustainability. The Escondido Chamber of Commerce created the Green Expo to bring together business, education, and community in support of environmental stewardship and forward-thinking innovation. Whether you are dropping off electronics, exploring green business solutions, or learning from local robotics teams, this event offers a meaningful way to participate in building a cleaner and more sustainable Escondido.
