En Pointe for Ava

En Pointe for Ava is a pediatric brain cancer nonprofit org and our mission is to increase access to treatment for families with children diagnosed with life-threatening brain cancer. Our daughter and Escondido teen, Ava, was diagnosed in 2020 with a rare form of brain cancer called DIPG. DIPG is fatal & most children only survive less than a year after diagnosis. Ava battled for 21 months before she went to heaven. Most kids must travel for treatment or do nothing. This travel creates a crippling financial burden for families. We provide the support for travel to treatment & for a cure.
