The Escondido Times-Advocate, our local Escondido newspaper, in partnership with the Escondido Chamber of Commerce, invites the entire community to attend the 2026 Escondido City Council Candidate Forum on Thursday, October 1 at the California Center for the Arts, Escondido Conference Center.

This community forum is an opportunity for Escondido residents, businesses, and community stakeholders to hear directly from candidates running for City Council Districts 1 & 2 and Mayor as they discuss issues important to our city and its future.
