She’s passionate about sharing this ancient yet modern approach to balance and wellness with our community. Originally from Canada, Lisa brings a unique global perspective and a lifelong dedication to learning and growth.
When she’s not helping others find their balance, you can find her gardening, creating stained glass, or off on new adventures with family and friends.
