This family-friendly event brings together community members, local leaders, elected officials, candidates for public office, business professionals, and neighbors for an afternoon of fellowship, networking, and fun! Meet our newly elected Board Members, Ambassadors, and Volunteers, learn about our mission and upcoming initiatives, and discover how you can become involved through membership and community engagement opportunities. Think Your Potato Salad Is the Best in Town? Put your recipe to the test in the Escondido Chamber Potato Salad Cook-Off! Whether your recipe is a cherished family tradition or a creative new twist on a classic favorite, we invite you to enter the competition and share your culinary talents with the community. Contest participants must register in advance through the event sign-up link. Guests attending the event will have the opportunity to sample the entries and cast their votes for the coveted People's Choice Award. A panel of local elected officials will also participate in judging to select the Elected Officials' Choice Award winner.
