    The EAP is a 501(c)(3) non-profit arts agency established in December 1995. Our mission is to create a collaborative environment where Southern California’s art and artists can prosper. The Escondido Arts Partnership (EAP) nurtures a community of artists with opportunities for ongoing arts education with peer and public interactions and free entry to monthly themed exhibitions. The Escondido Municipal Gallery provides a destination for visitors to downtown Escondido and San Diego county. We operate the Escondido Certified Farmer’s Market held every Tuesday at Juniper and Grand .
